IBM grills the employees. Management (FLM and SLM) is generally incapable and put a lot of pressure/stress on employees for every small thing. Huge pressure and workload, if you have network then there are huge growth opportunities else null. Everybody is victim of poor management, everybody is stressed as number of resources are always about 60% of what they need and they don't respect their employees as human beings. super hectic and loads of stress, 24X7 support and working for inhumane number of hours is considered 'normal' . FLM can say 'so what. everybody does that'
