This is purely for Oracle practice of IBM 1. Great people to learn from, across modules, across deliverables and across geography. The talent pool is intense and really good. So peer to peer learning is really a good point. 2. Cloud implementations are relatively less in number, practice is not able to grab/retain complex projects as leadership needs to set the expectation right to the client. They are overselling the solution or promising stuff without really understanding the depth of the issue. Dislikes

1. It's too heavy with managers, lead, architects and what not. Thus people who will pull the weight of grunt work is less. This makes work mundane at times!! 2. Scope creep - The PMO is unable to contain scope creep of projects, thus costs overrun and hurried finish to projects.
