Dislikes

Bad culture, people stay for long term just to not work. Poor infra, they call in office even after there is no chair to seat. Others labs might be better but ISDL management is worst

Am I getting Lowball offer?

I currently work at Accenture and, after 4 years and 3 months of experience, have a fixed pay of 7.33 L (7.9 L CTC). I recently qualified for Senior Data Engineer at IBM and got an offer for 13.92 L (1299200 fixed, 66342 PF and 26537 Gratuity). I wanted to check if this offer is fine or if I am getting a lowball offer for the Gurugram location.
