I have two offers. One from IBM which is 11 lpa fixed and the other is Russell Investments which is 14 lpa both fixed. Both in Mumbai. Which should I join YOE = 4 Cctc = 4.29. My current org lowballed me in giving bad appraisal even though I performed well.

Working with the TL of ATR team

Dislikes

Pretty much everything. Gender discrimination, falsifying about promotional information. IBM is not a good workplace at all for the freshman. Career growth rate is terrible.

IBM is a good place to work, will get 100% scope and team cooperation - did not found politics. Very flexible work culture.
