Process can handled by trained people however salary is low you won’t get hike much compared to market value

Any one works only for salary to lead their life so if you are working out here u shouldn’t keep expectations on hike.. you won’t get much…though the experienced people’s promotions will be delayed... if you most experienced person also they will ready to lose you but they won’t afford to keep you with not soo expected salary….
