The IBM company is good but in my project there very bad culture alway overloaded with work and not working on employees skill development and most of most time there used to call on Saturday and didn't give compoff on required day to there used to give compoff on client leave based and recently i received my increment it is not upto my hard work 😞😞😞😞 it have so less chance for promotion ...& Manger used to implement there voice ....😞etc...Read More
