Am I getting Lowball offer?

I currently work at Accenture and, after 4 years and 3 months of experience, have a fixed pay of 7.33 L (7.9 L CTC). I recently qualified for Senior Data Engineer at IBM and got an offer for 13.92 L (1299200 fixed, 66342 PF and 26537 Gratuity). I wanted to check if this offer is fine or if I am getting a lowball offer for the Gurugram location.

There is good scope to learn and vast amount of resources for learning. One can also transition into different domains without difficulty

Dislikes

Depts work in silos for their own gain, not for the org as a whole . Top management is good at one thing - planning promotions for themselves and since they cannot compete well enough for business, they are quite good at planning and executing layoffs. Too many processes. End of the day even if delivery isnt accomplished for the client, personal agendas are fulfilled and IBM processes are completed....Read More
