Work culture is flexible / employee friendly and there are no very hard and fast rules (except BCG).If you are giving the expected output at work nobody will cross question you about the unnecessary stuff.

Job security - Good
Promotions - Good

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Load of work and developing your skills and job profile highly depends on the project in which you are working in. You cannot easily quit the work you are doing just because it doesn't match with your skillset. It takes time
