No doubt IBM is a great company with rich culture. But I am working for a client(EY)-night shift-7:30p.m-4:30 a.m. But they are not providing night shift allowance. Not even food allowance. Although cab facility is there( Only for night shift). Sometimes I saw our manager is doing micro management. Not a good experience. Not recommending this position/job. If you are working directly for IBM then thats fine. But if you are working for clients then you need to think twice....Read More
