Over all its a good place to work , learn and grow technically. Exposure to real time projects is a bit less. Facilities/platform are way good for learning any technology. Job security is also high as it have a lot of projects with it. Management issues w.r.t employees on transparency regarding oppertunities or promotion. It's totally depends on the project , account and your team. If your team and your project manager is good then even complex critical projects will also become place of learning and fun.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
