Everything. More specifically - it's a manager-driven company. Not at all employee-friendly. Horrible transport system (that too only one way). A lot of micro-management. One needs to seek approval for taking a sick leave as well (this is ironical as IBM has unlimited sick leaves - but none to be used without permission), not sure how one can know a day prior falling sick.
