Working on overall Control-M Production Control activities. My role required end-to-end technical & functional task implementation between multiple teams.Taking care of major Migration,Disaster Recovery,Audit,Conducting Trainings ,Client Meetings

I have 2 offers in same location : Need guidance to choose one 1) Tech Mahindra (U4) Fixed 23.9 Variable 2.6=26.5 No joining bonus Project details informed already 2)IBM(7B) Fixed 21.37 Variable 2=23.37 Joining bonus is 1 lakh Tech M pays almost variable pay every month whereas IBM at year end. ( we get 80% variable pay in Tech M ,50% in IBM) Your Responses and thoughts will be appreciated. Thank you
