Worst management, PeM's harassing and HR's support them. they ask to work all the time and dont respect us. such a horrible people and place I have seen in my career. Positive reviews given are definitely not by real employees. There is no HR contact to let them know our concerns. They just support PeM's and no response from them.

Work culture and environment is good in IBM.here we can mutually Balence our personal and professional life. In IBM they will support employees personal problems. Management team is understanding never judge any employees based on their life style, even though employees weak in skills in respected role. Managers and team lead will help us to enhance our skills. IBM policies are good.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of one year before which we cannot resign. Job training is not given to new joines. Salary hike expectation is difficult in IBM.

The job is interesting and exciting for me initially because I started as a fresher in IBM. I worked as a storage admin. I am happy to be part of storage team. As I know storage is one of the interesting and trending tech in IT criteria.
