Except salary hike and promotion everything is good at IBM. One can learn a lot if he/ she is willing. It's a company where the management will listen to the practitioners and takes steps to improve. All individuals are encouraged to work for the account and the organization and there is a lot of opportunities for right people to showcase talent and get the desired visibility. As I said salary hike and lack of growth up the ladder are the two points that should be improved. As IBM focuses on utilisation , it is most important to be billable. Otherwise it becomes an issue as utilisation is one of the key measures in IBM based on which performance is determined at the end of the year.
