Everything with some eg: If you I am working here so be ready to work at any hours after your working hours in office you will get pressurize to work on other project without any prior notice and you will get very less salary. 2. Once they will give you at a time a project and after 1 and 2 weeks they will give you another project which you have to work on simultaneously after completing the first project the project will get cancelled and working on the second project you don't have any idea about that did you get any deadline or something like that it means like totally null values of management and teams because they have very poor management in project management 3.
