No proper leadership and no employee benefits. They are mostly exploiting Indians by providing Tier 2 general visa and using the loop holes in the visa. The employees are asked to look out for secondary job in UK and later are charged heavily to continue their sponsorship. It’s a fraud company.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
