It was my first job experience, and still was amazing because I got to learn very much. There was good working culture and seniors were always very supportive.

Dislikes

Though my overall experience was good but somewhere I felt that I couldnt get the salary that I deserved.

Work Details

Basically my job was to handle the company's imported stock( products).I used to manage all the data in computer as well as in a manual ledger and challan books. Also it was my duty to supervise and manage the regular order of products to the clients .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
