Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. They make sure that the employees are content with the work and helps in building the skills.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no Formal training session but i learnt everything on the job and got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
