It is a startup so you have to work hard. There is not that much of basic amenities.

Good place to learn new things don’t expect spoon feeding.

Dislikes

Management is worse, they won’t allow you to develop any product you have to keep running after new things without utilising the existing products. They won’t even compensate properly.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
