Gud place to start as a fresher but in no way a decent place for an experienced candidate. They treat u differently if you join from another company and you could see this especially during your appraisal review

Dislikes

There are a bunch of worthless leads who are only good for eating and you wont find them at any place related to work. Maybe every organization has this but you would find such a huge group and they take pride as if they are the biggest assets of the organization

1. Work is repeatitive and you feel stuck doing the same thing 2. No career growth. There r plenty of leads and managers who are gud for nothing that they wont move out of the company as no one else in their right minds would even hire them. Hence u wont grow beyond SSE 3. Even if you are happy with the low salary and still work hard to prove everyone, the appraisal % which u receive might be lower than the % of petrol price increase 4. Most important for people who come from other companies. This is the only company where they treat u with the term "external" employee. It means a person who hasn't been trained by the company. If you were trained then you are an internal employee. Hence when u receive you hike/appraisal you might see that the internal employee would receive a far higher pay than you even when you would have received a better/higher rating. When you enquire/complaint about such an injustice method they just shut you up saying you are an external hence pay is different. Being an external and suffering this injustice for years now 5. If you join after August, forget about appraisals. You would receive it only after a year and half.
