Almost everything here! Such a horrrible environment filled with toxic management and bad people. They will hire you in C2H with a false statement of making you permanent asap but you might end up being in contract for years (yes, years!) So you can imagine the job security in C2H because the permanent employees also have none. No matter how good you perform, the management biasment towards others will hover with threat of job loss on you 24/7 and a highly pressure environment to increase and meet your targets only to end up rewarding you with peanuts :) Some juniors with less experience have got double promotions while there have been folks working here for long with the same designation and pay for years. You should work like a S L A V E Sin this org,you will get excellent rating and feedback from your managers but you don't get increments though you are eligible. By any chance If you ask increment though you are eligible you will be kicked out of company. As sooon you asked you will get call from HR to tell about your LWD. This is great company who want to work like a S L A V E S.

I have joined and worked for 1 month only. Right after my joining I didn’t like anything there.

The senior people treat juniors like NAUKAR and unwanted pressure is there without any reason from the first day of joining. - No proper meeting to setup responsibilities and setting up the expectation. - No orientation or training happen. - No support from the reporting manager

HTC is thegreat place to work for someone who expects work like balance and it has good company culture. I have never faced any pressure on work and the higher management employees are really good to listen lower management employee's concern.

Dislikes

They do no have any on-demand learning to get certified or master on it but they have come up with LinkedIn learning now. still they need to improvise on learning and development.
