I took training in chennai, mepz. They conduct assessment for every 15days. If you are not qualified, they will terminate you. And **imp thing ** If you not belongs to Tamilnadu, they will definitely terminate without any reason ( if you are good in work also). In training team,srilakshmi she don't know anything but she target you if you are a telugu person. Such a worst character she has. Coming to manager ashok ayyappan, he needs attention. In htc there is no job security, as a fresher i felt there is so much regional partiality .I took training in Chennai mepz if You are not tamil person they will definitely target you.And there is no projects in htc,I got a call to give resignation from Hr team,Hr people Roopa kalimingi and the team will force you to give resignationif they don't want you in the organisation.I suggest anyone not to join and waste your time and career bcz .Trainers are even more terrible they don't have skills to teach you and they won't support you....Read More
