Managers do not micro-manage. The funniest part ever is their option for you to choose your shift. 9:45 AM to 6:45 PM or 10 AM to 7 PM Difference of 15 minutes apparently makes it a different shi(f)t!

Dislikes

Partners without knowledge of the associates work, micro-manage. Managers and senior managers do not have a free hand. But act as if they do and when push comes to shove, they turn into cravens. Not a single person is notified of the appraisals and the managers hush about it too. The staff policy is flexible on the whims of the partners. They throw a paltry sum of money for handling tasks individually from inception to completion. It turns into an exploitation of sorts at a point in time....Read More
