Working at H.S. Memorial School has been the best learning curve for me. From joining as a contractual Content Developer and then turned Management Coordinator and now Assistant Secretary, I can assure that support and guidance is never held back. The work-life balance is really good, allowing me to give my best both in and out of the classroom. The management here is transparent and supportive, creating a nurturing environment for growth and learning. I genuinely appreciate the buzzing and vibrant atmosphere that motivates both students and staff alike. I have had the pleasure of working at H.S. Memorial School for quite some time now, and I must say, it has been a wonderful experience overall. The supportive staff, dedicated teachers, and enthusiastic students create a warm and welcoming environment. However, as with any workplace, there are always areas that can be improved upon.One aspect that could benefit from further attention is the communication between different departments within the school.
