Likes

Meeting with different guest with different days. It helps to know about guest and his requirements during the stay. For Covid :-we are sanitized our hand on daily basis while we entered in in our Hotel there is sanitizer kept at hotel entrance as well as in Lobby also.

Dislikes

There is no dislike for us.Yes small property with limited staff.

I am a Duty Manager in Front Office Department working on IDS software with 36 room keys.Supervise the department and how to handle guest situation and how to bring smile on people faces.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
