I must say Honeywell has a great Goodwill, your Family,colleagues will proud of you working in Honeywell but what I actually got from Honeywell is Medical issues, depression, High/ low BP, anxiety and I gues many more which I actually don't know.

Dislikes

Pressure from sales and customer No such process to follow, everytime just make the things live without thinking the impact of that in future.

People who have been surviving here have been doing so purely based on connects and contacts. Talented people get thrown out within a year's time. During my tenure (1 year 7 months) i witnessed 20 people leave the company

I could write a book on what I disliked in this company but to summarise my experience I would say it was like somehow trying to survive in Hitler's Nazi regime. It's not a joke or a form of expression, with honeywell, sadly it's a reality
