Nothing to like at all. The management is too naive to understand anything. Easy to make a fool out of them.

Everyone here is a liar, not just a petty liar a big liar. Vishwas, Gunja, Srijan are the biggest liars you might ever encounter. Not a peaceful working environment. You can hear a maniac called Gunja shouting from the other room at any given time. Srijan boasts of being knowledgeable, but in real doesn't know a thing about making games, also when given suggestions, he doesn't listen to them as his ego too high. Bureaucracy stifles every initiative. High-handed management ignores employee input. Over worked employees with underpaid salaries. Shady business practices evade scrutiny. Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
