Start with company structure it having the best interior, teams are connected with eachother, spportive management, MD and project manager having direct contact with employees. Management understand employies value. Flexibility in working time. Every employee feel like second home.

Dislikes

Parking facility should be better. Required weekend activities

I have been part of this organization since January 2022, as a digital marketing executive, ne joined people takes time to merge in there team but here my colleague are showing interest to work with me, our management is too supportive.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
