Good and friendly environment. Competitive, fast-paced and Self Learning oriented approach. Workplace culture is fairly decent. A good place to understand and learn new things, moreover a place where you get opportunity to implement those learnings. Employee friendly company with well organized processes and policies. Every manager works closely with the team. I have worked as a software engineer here for 9 years. Joined the company as a fresher and have learned a lot things like work place etiquette, leadership skills, technical skills, soft skills

I'm working in Technical department as Testing Engineer in Healthcare vertical in Hitachi MGRM Net for past almost 3 years. I'm much satisfied with the work environment. Company has good infrastructure to support online/offline/remote/ WFH models. Company is open to using latest testing tools and best practices. We are also CMM L5 company. I was part of the assessment team which gave me a lot of exposure. My manager is very supportive and teaches with lots of patience. I have been working as a technical lead in the company since last 7 years and during these years I have always felt like at home. Probably it's the work environment, company policies and great team members that have made me feel comfortable like at home even during office hours. MGRM is a great company with very supportive management team and seniors. They are always open to new ideas and ready to adopt latest trends and technologies. The product line for various verticals and domains is highly impressive and haven't come across any other company with such a variety in ERP products. My colleagues are from different cultural backgrounds but inspite of that we all work happily together. They are very cooperative, understanding and are always ready to help and support each other anytime be it on any front personal or professional. The HR team and it's policies are very much employee centric. The team is always available with their valued proposition to attend and solve one's problems however critical it may be. Been able to work with a team that is so dedicated with every project that is handed over and with every client that is handed over is a privilege. There are few which which lack some skills but it is team's outreach efforts that have lead to several successful projects. The team leads are excellent and very friendly and enthusiastic.There's ample opportunity for growth if one is interested as they have many projects in various domains. Hi. i'm working here for more than a year now in web technologies team. i like my team and my manager. we are doing multiple projects with very good government clients which gives a variety to work on. Company is open to use multiple technologies and it helps us learn a lot. the office is very good and in COVID times, company has allowed me to work from home at my flexibility. we have been getting salaries on time during last 6 months of COVID and which is very appreciable. Thanks to the management and my seniors for making us comfortable during these times.
