Been able to work with a team that is so dedicated with every project that is handed over and with every client that is handed over is a privilege. There are few which which lack some skills but it is team's outreach efforts that have lead to several successful projects. The team leads are excellent and very friendly and enthusiastic. There's ample opportunity for growth if one is interested as they have many projects in various domains. The quantum of research done by the company is amazing and outstanding. Best part is that there is no office politics. Senior Management is highly supportive and all ears to each and every team member irrespective of your post/position in the company. It was very easy for me to gel in the company, the team and seniors are very supportive. Got to work with both government and international projects. There were challenging technical requirements and learnt new features and skills.

Dislikes

Unlike other companies no politics here. Very clean and positive working environment. I have heard that before COVID wfh option was not there.
