I have been working as a technical lead in the company since last 7 years and during these years I have always felt like at home. Probably it's the work environment, company policies and great team members that have made me feel comfortable like at home even during office hours. MGRM is a great company with very supportive management team and seniors. They are always open to new ideas and ready to adopt latest trends and technologies. The product line for various verticals and domains is highly impressive and haven't come across any other company with such a variety in ERP products. My colleagues are from different cultural backgrounds but inspite of that we all work happily together. They are very cooperative, understanding and are always ready to help and support each other anytime be it on any front personal or professional. The HR team and it's policies are very much employee centric. The team is always available with their valued proposition to attend and solve one's problems however critical it may be. Very smart and driven team. Management has solid vision across service lines and intelligent organization design and people management processes. There is an intense focus on diversity and inclusion. It's a great place to work if you can find your path and succeed. If not, you're gone. There are tons of opportunities to learn and grow, you have to be willing to work hard and earn your pace. MGRM is a company that has many verticals across various domains. It works in many lines of business with a clear roadmap. I loved the environment of this company. The company provides good training to its employees during induction process. I find it enthusiastic to work with the company since it was my first job. Also the work environment is very good. Very supportive team and team lead. There is no negative competition and stepping on the other's back. Everyone helps and supports each other. If you are unable to complete some task as per the timelines, your team mates help you with the same.
