Relation bonding between Management and residents. Freedom of decision making, Improvement of Social responsibility ( Most of the time we deal with the families( ladies&children of the Flat), Every-time you have to work as per your check sheet/ routine strictly. No compromise in three words Discipline, security, positive response.

Dislikes

Sometime people exited on minor issues like parking. avoid the instructions . misuse the facilities.

Work Details

Manage every activity in society , security, housekeeping facilities staff, vigilance, smooth functioning of DG, Lift, STP WTP, water supply, procurement , Gardening , interaction and inspection, mails to residents planning, forecast of event etc.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
