Likes

management policy very old not any good policy for employee because I have at most 5 years work but Bothe employee and company growth survive not a boost of energy in management system just like a family business.

Dislikes

I dislike work because management behavior is good but management skill and development in self oriented or family . As per my view lack of knowledge and over smart thinking is bad effect in company growth.

Work Details

No any employee benefit up above , I want to pray that company where I give my 100% effort in our duty as a Accountant .I wish that company grow day by day. I love as a family but professionally not.
