I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Nothing it's a sub contractor company they even don't give you the salary. They are complete non technical guys. And if you completed your engineering from a decent college then never think of joining company.

Dislikes

There are many things of dislike . The owner of this company has promoted his two son in law's as project manager and even they are not related to civil engineering background and they will be your project manager. They both will treat you as workers . They think only they have learnt all the things in this world. Even they will not give you the salary . They will only do wrong things on site.
