The company is not good it is ridiculous because they are extending the employees shifts plus calling before the shifts... Giving pressure on the employees and that also without reason... not giving the breaks on time and if they gave breaks...As per policy the tea breaks are for 15 mins and lunch break is for 30 mins and we are having the whole break in a day for one hour, but they were giving the tea break for 10 mins and lunch break for 20 mins still we were having 30 mins break more...Still they were not sending to the breaks ... they are not authorized to change the policy... they are making employees frustat...As per policy shift is only for 9 hours but they are asking to do for eleven hours..So that's why the company is very ridiculous.... the staff is also not supporting staff... the company is worst company... really...If any one asked me about HGS so I will tell them my experience which is really very very worst.......Read More

Everything else was fine but had to work more than office job time and the lunch time was not right. If tha work was not done than the manger used to cry. But the company is good.there was no salary issue..
