Every thing is so good except salary. It's not like they postponed the salary, they are very good to give salary but they offer less salary as compared to there process.

Its around few months but in few months it changes my half of life because I from Odisha Many places I rejected due to my communication but Hgs gave me a chance to prove myself who am I.. I learned so many things in few months. I hats up Jeswini Mam, javed sir, Ashis Vai (INDUSIND BANK ) TL. Also I got Best Employee of the January 2018. Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
