Cartalism and terminating people without solid grounds...just to bring in relatives and acquaintances of people in power. No manager to report to and give credibility to your work. They dont give you ownership of your work too.. The managers keep changing for some or the other reason and when they change they bring their own people on board putting the jobs of those inside in risk. No proper management of anything in place. No HR Threatening about not giving an experience or reference letter if we refuse to accept their instructions to resign... Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
