You will get promoted if you are diverting processes to help ASM & account manager and taking part during unnecessary gossips ,politics etc... Globally Hilti is very good company. Asia Pacific region management is very much aligned with global policy and process but Indian Management is working completely as per their discretion bypassing Asia Pacific Management. Focusing on their personal KPI only

National Head credit and collection and AR controller is very much biased. They have made their own lobby and want tthe team to clap for them. No planning for non lobby team members. Promotes only lobby wala team members.
