There’s nothing good about this role. Please read the dislike not before joining but interviewing for this role. Might get very long

Reporting Managers keep changing and the one you report really have no idea about the type of customer’s you deal with. They do not help you with any solution but keep blaming you if any account is churned. Solution Consultant just sell software mainly due to good relationship with the customer whether or not customer needs it. Now talking about opportunities,I worked in this role for 3 years with no increments,no growth and just the toxic culture. With the increasing inflation you’ll be forced to take monthly expenses from your parents to survive.Solution consultants and Account Managers of your account will keep treating you badly,showing you down in every possible opportunity and keep reminding that you’re off-role employee. Culture is too bad,colleagues are not very helpful and will always envy you. No learning opportunities. Consider yourself lucky if your Solution Consultant is good. Only he or she might support you.LCM Managers who you’ll be reporting are just not qualified enough,they don’t know the ground realities.Will keep blaming you and abuse you for any churn. The worst part of this role is that they’ll kill your career aspirations. Don’t give you any growth even if you outperform consistently.Please don’t stick to this role for very long,per se max 1year because in every interview be ready to answer the question that why no growth and increments because off-role does not offer any.Also this makes HR think that you were a average performer which might not be the case.Managers keep threatening ICEs that they’ll fire you if targets are not met. Target are to keep accounts live which don’t need the software. Only good thing about this role is that they reimburse fuel expenses but nothing more.But even for that be ready to face the interrogation before approval. One last thing,join only if you don’t have a job or have 0 hopes of clearing other interviews.Even if you join keep trying so that you can move out because your next employer will question you for no increment questioning your performance....Read More
