Hilti's Training and Development policies for the employees are excellent. One can learn the trade of Marketing and business development from scratch and become an expert.

Dislikes

All promotions and movement happens only by pleasing people. Even though the merits and bonuses are awarded transparently with performance, when you are looking for promotions or lateral movements you have to please other people for that.

Good Team and Team leader. The work environment develops entrepreneurship skills in every individual. Flexible work timings and individual ownership for the works we do.

Like any corporate. There is politics involved in matters related to promotions and development.

The job is a complete sales job. I found it very difficult in the beginning as I was not experienced in sales. But with support from Team leader and team I was able to pick up very soon.
