What does the role involve
The purpose of the role is to provide technical advice and educate assigned customers on Hiltis products, software, and services
The role involves providing technical advice to architects and engineers in order to secure specifications early in the design process
The job holder is responsible for key project specification of Hilti products, software and services, supporting the sales team in their efforts to sell a variety of Hilti solutions
Scope: Anchor job field-based engineer with specifier territory

What You Need Is
E
5+ years of relevant work Experience Proven experience of Specification Sales or Business Development dealing with customers like Architects and Structure Consultants with a high level of knowledge of design and construction process required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Dynamic personality with strong winning and high performance mindset
Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment
Self-motivated and a quick learner
Highly adaptable with a can-do attitude
