If targets are not achieved then getting fired possibility is very high. Company creates a fake image of offering career growth. After hiring 500-600 account managers Pan India (All given the same promises), only 10-20% gets promotion. For Rest 80%, simply basic increment YoY. Travel policies are good. Learning is high but will get stagnant after 4 months of working. Huge pressure to achieve targets leading to extremely poor work life balance. Beware of suce situation.
