A company run by relatives and all family members who are incapable of running the show. Only good thing is one will get the salary on time. But most of the cases they are underpaid. No job security; can be thrown out anytime.

Dislikes

Lack of foresightness, vision. Most of the department heads are incapable of handling their post. Best of luck whoever join this company. No respect for the ground workers. Management is pathetic on decision making. They keeps chopping and changing strategies based on their own profit.

Zero job security. In last one year double the workforce left this organisation comparing to current workforce. Management believes only in hire and fire. No retention no employee engagement policy in place.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
