Initial pay is good, but there are no appraisals.

Dislikes

Many of the hires seem to be very rigid in terms of how they work. Some of the senior leadership in India seems to not have a clue on what they're doing. Folks in USA are much better in terms of product & people management. The culture has consistently degraded over the last few months. Micro management being pushed down from the top, to the middle level managers, to lower level managers, to ICs. Eventually everyone has to "fall in line", "work faster", and "not take holidays". Not sure why we have so many leave balances in our Workday, but can't apply for any....Read More
