I don't like the behavior of my quality and TL they both can't even have a manars like how to talk with the agents. The reason I left my job is the quality and the TL. Even because of this both guys I feel pressurised otherwise hexaware is good placed to work.

Worse company with nonsense people and management, they don't even have proper canteen for MBP location from last 7 year's and they don't even provide the proper salary. Higher management is very very nonsense and they don't care about employees, No work life balance, nothing is proper at MBP location and also most important part is there is no job security and full of office politics.

A supportive environment where everyone is supportive and welcoming.

Dislikes

Not any dislikes but things can be improved in qualifications basis work allotment and talent should be nurtured but due to the lack of awareness, everyone is treated same. This thing is good from someone’s point of view but as far as I believe that Talent should be nurtured and appreciated.

I like the team leaders and the way they support and understand the situation. They provide us preferences but it doesn't accumulate usually.

Dislikes

Management not responsible, they do not communicate with the employees and take very reckless decisions, no proper management in function. The canteen is the worst, no value for the employee health and they do not care about anything rather than their revenue generation.
