Bad administration management-related to interior facility like A/C, rest room and also canteen Operations unable to maintain a particular process. People management is not good. Need to improve the work culture to a corporate level. No skill improvement chances for the employee.

They won't be providing travel allowances, work pressure (target), even the whole team said the problems, they won't listen. We need to follow what they said. Extended shifts.
