1. While interviewing candidates they will give false claims that allowances will be given, food card will be given, we are following hybrid working model. But nothing is true. In the name of cost cutting and for getting the cost cutting incentive or bonus the managers from top to bottom will provide 6 people in the place of 10 people. All 6 people must work hard. Night day anytime they will expect you to support and invariably you will extend. Work culture is bad. Management is bad

Bus facility on Sunday at least from Loma TI gate to our company because 15 to 20 mins we have to walk, and I am giving this reason because on Sunday, who are stay fare already, they are handling train issue, bus issue, and even auto issue also after handling this we have to walk again is to irritate, so please request arranging from them cab or bus on weekends.

Guys, Please note if you are joining clarify the worse VPA scheme bcoz you will not receive your said in hand salary at the time of interview or salary negotiations. Always ask your in hand salary in VPA 2 Rating bocoz that’s what you will get if the said in hand salary is in VPA 3 kindly get it changed before accepting the offer. Work life balance is good. Hike was decent. I joined a fresher in 2021 with 3 Lpa, after 2 yrs, with 2 hike n 1 promotion, my CTC is 5.7 Lpa

no job security all. In bench they will ask you to fake your Cv with client requirements, and will force you to attend interview, even if you don't have that skill sets. If you unable to clear any interview after 3 chances, they will ask you to put the paper.
