Their salary conditions are worst. Every month salary comes low and will be adjusted as arrears the nxt month. HR named Selvakumar Sakthivel. I dont know how he became an HR. He threatens victims of POSH cases. HR like him should be jailed for such criminal mindsets.

When we Approach any one on teams or mail orbeven call them on teams they will not acknowledge or respond to get the issue resolved internally. Everytime when ticket is raised then only the the resolution come that time also there is no acknowledgement or response back to the owner. There are lot of dislikes about the company, too many politics, if employee taking extra effort for his career and company benifits, but in return they always wanted to put more extra more efforts without any monitory benifits. Management people always looking for employee mistake even if it is small as well, so they can cut off employee VPA points. If there is any leave but they never allows to take leave....Read More

Only the Salary part which I got on time. I don’t know about other process in the same company .

A lot of thing for dislike . Their attendance system of manual from Oracle DHR & Timesheet applies on teams, the pathetic management and HR. No work ethics . Unnecessarily burden to a lead to work most of time however , no trust or eliminate the poor performer . Hygiene Issues on washroom etc etc.

Organisation is over ok if you are in learning phase, you will learn many things only if your department management is good

Only drawback of this organisation is there pathetic salary structure there is no fixed in-hand salary if you are at executives or even at SME level, salaries are beneficial only for manager and above bands, there is no work life balance
