Very bad for long term association. Salary increments very low and there is very low job security as they can ask you to leave when they think that they don't able to bring us projects.

They hired for a role but the Project was not allocated and was on bench for about 60 days, they keep 3 rounds of interview to get into Hexaware, and finally to enter into the project they again keep 2 rounds of interview after h Joining hexaware, This is really not appreciated and i would never suggest this type of company, please do check and join Also the projects will have other requirements not our job role and responsibilities, if you were not allocated within 60 days, you need to resign...Read More

There are lot of dislikes about the company, too many politics, if employee taking extra effort for his career and company benifits, but in return they always wanted to put more extra more efforts without any monitory benifits. Management people always looking for employee mistake even if it is small as well, so they can cut off employee VPA points. If there is any leave but they never allows to take leave....Read More

1. While interviewing candidates they will give false claims that allowances will be given, food card will be given, we are following hybrid working model. But nothing is true. AND BEWARE IF YOU ARE GOING TO JOIN IT INFRASTRUCTURE OPERATIONS--"DO NOT JOIN" Especially GOC team plase make sure you do not join this team. 2.Here right drom the Team Leads, Managers, SDMs all are pathetic they will suck the life out of you and in return you will only get more work and criticism that too below the belt. 3.This company is dominated by people Sitting in Chennai office and these guys get their friends and relatives on boarded using their position and contacts and then that new comer will dominate his subordinate. 4.Seniors can take leave whenever they Although the leaves are by default approved by the system but still for 2 days leave if you are juniors you'll have to take approval from your manager and SDMs. 5.Overall very toxic culter, everyone is playing blame game and no employee wellfare policy Most highlighting part is they will change policy for juniors on their will and if no one follows it he will be put to PIP and then pressurize you to resign....Read More
