Everything. 1) Salary Structure For eg. if they offer salary of 20000 per month out of that 10k is your Variable Bonus and 5k will be Basic pay & 5k will be HRA and hexaware is the only company who includes variable bonus in ur CTC which means if u go out for another company they will only give u hike on Basic elements that is Basicpay & HRA means u get increment on Half of ur salary only. 2) Shift Timings These people have their own policies which they can only change whenever they want according to their comfort. 1)Worst ever work life we had 10Hrs of shift. we never left in 10Hr its always been shift of atlest 12-14Hrs means untill we get our proper sleep before that we have to go to office. 2)I would say Jail's food is better than food u will eat in cafeteria.

But during hard time when Hex was about lose the project/client the same manager was assuring that she will give everything possible, where we worked day&night so hard and completed the project. Depending upon the project you will experience differently. Hexaware gives a lot of training programs, udemy, hackathon to upskill oneself. Leave policy is good.
1. No job security. Once, I was in a project which came to an end. I was on bench for few days and the management offered Servicedesk project, Non-technical MIS reporting project, etc, etc. which I denied working into those project as a Technical Engineer. So the management straight away asked me to take the project or take a release which they were ready to give on the next day itself just because Hexaware did not have any projects. 2. HR do not co-operate in any way. 3. For freshers- they will sign a bond of 2 years with 2 lacs as a penalty. After that they will allocate you in any project Service-desk, MIS reporting and will not change even if you escalate. Compensation is another word for favour for them. Very less package and rare chances of promotion with 15 % hike in promotion. 4. No Bonus kind of thing exists. and many more.....Read More
